- Pass external scoring by at least two evaluators, unless a backed application has replicated that review
- Pass legal verification and cure requested defects by the notified deadline
- Complete the mandatory entrepreneurial-lead interview with the Technical Committee
- Complete an additional sustainability/climate interview if claiming that bonus
- Receive committee ranking and Board ratification
- Attend the pre-contract negotiation and agree milestones, budget and incubator assignment
- Sign the award contract and commitment instrument
