- Optionally complete an approved startup training programme for application support and scoring
- Prepare the Startup Project Presentation, business-model canvas, timeline, KPIs, financial plan and 90-second pitch
- Submit and two-factor-sign one P2 or P2R application through the Fund ePortal by the deadline
- Pass timeliness, completeness and eligibility review and answer any five-day supplementation request
- Receive 100-point scoring on innovation, environment, founder employment/references, market reach, paid-in capital, plan fit and startup training
- Rank above the 60-point floor within the relevant cohesion-region budget
- Receive the decision within 60 days and sign the digital grant contract within eight working days
- Employ at least one person and sign with an approved mentor
